2.7.0 — Initial Baseline

Released

New Features

  • RACI Matrix macro. RACI and RASCI variants, up to 15 roles and 60 activities, with notes on each activity and an optional legend. Advisory checks warn about missing or duplicated accountability without ever blocking a save.
  • Practice templates for the RACI Matrix. Start an empty matrix from any of 34 ITIL® 4 practices, in RACI or RASCI, then adapt the roles, activities and letters in your workshop. Every accountable role is a single named role, never a team or a board.
  • Service Review Record macro. Record the service, review period, chair, attendees, overall RAG status, KPIs with their own RAG, risks and issues, and improvement actions with an owner, due date and status. Overdue actions are shown in your own time zone.
  • Service Level Targets macro. Record an SLA, OLA or underpinning contract with service and support hours, targets by priority, availability, measurement period, exclusions, owner and review date, in a full or compact display.
  • PDF and Word export for all three macros, matching what you see on the page.
  • A quick-insert icon for each macro, so the three are easy to tell apart in the editor.
  • Light and dark theme support, calm empty states, and horizontal scrolling for wide tables.

Improved Features

  • Closing a configuration dialog with Esc or the × now saves what you typed. Cancel, then Discard changes, is still the way to throw work away.
  • A wide RACI matrix exports without breaking role names mid-word. When names cannot fit a portrait page, columns are headed with initials and a Roles list above the table names each one in full.
  • Exported dates are written day-first, for example "27 Sept 2026", and RACI cells read the same in an export as on the page.
  • Configuration dialogs use their full width on your site instead of a narrow column.
  • Every field in a repeated row is named for its row, such as "KPI 3 status", which makes forms easier to use with a screen reader.
  • RACI warnings can be expanded past the first eight, and each has a button that takes you to the tab it is about.
  • Character limits now stop the typing instead of silently discarding the overflow on save.
  • Cancel is disabled while a save is under way, and a save error appears next to the Save button.
  • Switching off the update frequency column tells you the values are kept.
  • Secondary text such as activity notes and the legend now renders at a small size on the page.

Security Fixes/Patches

  • A configuration that cannot be read is never overwritten by opening it. The dialog shows an error and offers Close only.
  • A dialog opened on a macro saved by a newer version of the app says so before Save can write it back without what that version added.
  • The app requests no OAuth scopes, declares no remotes and no external permissions, and makes no network calls. Everything is stored with your Confluence page.

Defect Fixes

  • A blank role no longer shifts every assignment beside it. Previously the role that was Accountable could come back as Responsible.
  • Confirming a row's Remove question no longer does nothing if the row was edited while the question was open.
  • A RACI matrix with many roles no longer squeezes the Activity column on a narrow page.
  • A Service Review Record always shows Overall status, as "Not set" when nobody has chosen one.
  • Save and Cancel now use your latest keystroke.
  • Exporting a page with an unconfigured macro no longer writes a false error to the app's logs.
  • Date pickers start the week on Sunday for Japanese and Korean locales.
  • Practice template corrections: accountable roles are single named roles, purchase approval agrees between the asset and financial templates, and the picker finds "Organisational change management" under either spelling.

Three records, on the page the service already lives on.

One install by a site administrator, then nothing: no app permission to manage, no accounts to create, no licence to renew, and no change in cost at any number of users.

Not listed yet: it goes to the Atlassian Marketplace as a free app once it has passed review. The button opens your own mail client. You hear once, on the day it lists, and never again.

Need this shaped to your organisation — the practices, the roles, the reporting line? That is what ITSM Ltd does for a living.
