Read together, they are the whole agreement: what we collect, what you are agreeing to, how we secure it, what support you can expect, and the data processing terms behind all of it.

Version 1.0 · effective 13 September 2026
The agreement you accept by installing the App: what it is, what it is not, and what happens if something goes wrong.
Version 1.0 · effective 13 September 2026
The App's security posture, section by section, written for the review your security team is going to run anyway.
Version 1.0 · effective 13 September 2026
Support channel, hours, priority definitions and the first-response targets behind the support address.
Version 1.0 · effective 13 September 2026
The Article 28 agreement covering the App's export functions, incorporated into the End User Terms automatically on installation.
Version 1.0 · effective 13 September 2026
What this website collects, which is nothing, and what our host and our mailbox do. It covers this site, not the App, and is not one of the five documents above.
Version 1.0 · effective 5th October 2026
The App is free, so Atlassian gives us no licence contact for your organisation. Under clause 13.3 of the End User Terms, we give notice of any change to these documents — a change to the Privacy Policy, a change to what support looks like, an end-of-life notice, a security incident — by publishing it here and on the App's Atlassian Marketplace listing, and by emailing any contact for your organisation that we hold. A notice takes effect when it is first published on this page.
Bookmark https://serviceaccord.itsm-ltd.com/legal if your organisation needs a stable place to check for changes. There is no separate mailing list to subscribe to.
The End User Terms is the agreement itself, and incorporates the other four by reference. Where two documents appear to say different things about the same point, the order of precedence in End User Terms §1.4 decides: any signed order form or amendment, then the Data Processing Agreement, then the End User Terms, then the remaining incorporated documents.
None of the five requires a signature. The Data Processing Agreement takes effect automatically on installation, and we will countersign a copy on request to support@itsm-ltd.com.
Email us. These documents are meant to be read, not decoded — if something in them is unclear, that is worth telling us before it is worth working around.
Not listed yet: it goes to the Atlassian Marketplace as a free app once it has passed review. The button opens your own mail client. You hear once, on the day it lists, and never again. What is in 2.7.0
