Tell me when it lists

What you get

  • RACI Matrix, with RACI and RASCI variants and 34 practice templates to start from
  • Service Review Record, with KPIs, RAG status, risks and improvement actions
  • Service Level Targets, with SLA, OLA and underpinning contract
  • Advisory validation on all three, which never blocks a save
  • PDF and Word export, generated from the same model the page renders
  • Light and dark theme, through Atlassian design tokens
  • Five end-to-end user guides, one per role
  • Every 1.x release, permanently free — and if a 2.0 is ever charged for, nobody is moved onto it

What you do not get

  • A resolution-time guarantee — only a first-response target
  • A paid tier with the features you actually wanted behind it
  • A roadmap you can pay to influence
  • Cross-page reporting, spreadsheet import, or configuration on a phone

Support is by email, answered by the people who built the app rather than by a first-line queue, with first-response targets published for every installation — see the Support and Maintenance Description.

Why free

Because the app is not the business.

ITSM Ltd is a UK service architecture practice. The work is designing service management that holds up in the real organisation it has to run in — the practices, the roles, the reporting line, the bits nobody wants to own.

These three macros are the shape of that work, made small enough to give away. If they are useful, install them and never speak to us. If the harder version of the problem is the one you actually have, you now know how we think about it before you have paid anybody anything.

Support

Email support@itsm-ltd.com. Include the macro, what you expected and what happened; a screenshot of the page helps more than a description of it.

There is no support portal and no ticketing system behind that address — building one for a free app would take time away from the app. What we do promise is a first-response target set by priority, from 4 support hours for a critical defect to 5 business days for a how-to question; the full definitions are in the Support and Maintenance Description. These are response targets, not resolution times.

Nothing to buy, and nothing to decide yet.

The next thing that happens is Atlassian’s review, and nothing on this page changes when it passes: free stays free, every 1.x release stays free, and nobody is moved onto anything.

Not listed yet: it goes to the Atlassian Marketplace as a free app once it has passed review. The button opens your own mail client. You hear once, on the day it lists, and never again. What is in 2.7.0

Need this shaped to your organisation — the practices, the roles, the reporting line? That is what ITSM Ltd does for a living.
